Carla Irene Miller, 40 of Kingston, was arrested Tuesday after she attempted to hit her husband with a cooler.
Reports stated that while at the fireworks at Riverside Parkway Miller picked up the cooler and tossed it towards her husband.
Authorities stated that Miller had been drinking alcohol and that the incident occurred in the presence of children.
Miller is charged with battery, public drunk and disorderly conduct.
