follow link With a groundbreaking ceremony held July 13 in Cartersville, Coosa Valley Credit Union started construction of a 7,000-square-foot branch off of Old Mill Road in Cartersville. The building should be operational by summer 2018. This office will complement their existing location at 1149 N. Tennessee Street in Cartersville.
“Cartersville and Bartow County is an area that is currently experiencing a surge of growth, with development of new commercial, retail and residential opportunities,” said Andy F. Harris, President of Coosa Valley Credit Union. “We are excited to be a part of the growth in and around Cartersville, and proud to invest in this area, as well as the broader Bartow County region.”
Harris thanked the board of directors of Coosa Valley Credit Union and staff for their ongoing hard work and commitment on behalf of the credit union, as well as local officials and the Cartersville/Bartow County Chamber of Commerce for their valuable cooperation. Harris also recognized representatives from Cevian Design Lab, who served as architects for the new building, and Graham Commercial Contractors, who will build the branch.
