JD Trammell III, 28 of Attala, Alabama, was arrested in Rome this week after he was charged with stealing a 2008 Dodge Charger.
After being pulled over at East 12th Street at Dean Avenue he was allegedly found to be in possession of a fake identification card, while trying to convince police he was someone else.
Trammell is charged with theft by taking, identity fraud, giving false information to police, possession of marijuana, driving without a license, driving a vehicle on a suspended license, driving without insurance, DUI, and no head lights.
