Jennifer Nichole Marshall, 32 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after she allegedly kicked a Rome police officer numerous times at a location on Turner McCall Blvd and Dogwood Drive.
Reports said that Marshall then proceeded to resist arrest as they were attempting to place her in a patrol car.
Marshall is charged with simple assault against a police officer, obstruction of an officer, and three counts of give false information to police.
