Jennifer Coleman Campa, 49 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after police said she attempted to steal a pair of leggings valued at $11.99.
Reports stated that Campa then pushed four employees who attempted to detain her.
Campa is charged with shoplifting and four counts of simple battery.
