Mickey Andrew Hamilton, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after entering a home on Teat Street and stealing numerous items.
Reports said that Hamilton stole a large pair of bolt cutters ($275), Dewalt Grinder ($165), Receiver Hitch ($120), misc tools ($300-$500) and a Pioneer radio ($200).
While arresting Hamilton at a home on Shannon Road he was allegedly found to be in possession of a glass pipe with suspected meth inside along with a baggy of mushrooms used for getting high.
Hamilton is charged with first degree, theft by taking, possession of meth, possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, and probation violation.
