Reginald Warren Jr, 28 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after a search by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force uncovered marijuana that was intended to be resold.
Reports said that the search occurred at a home on Lade Marion Drive.
Warren is charged with two counts of purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana or a controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
A second man at the house, Devin Lee Helvie, 23 of Rome, was also taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana.
