Travon Darion East, 33 of Rome , was arrested this week after he allegedly broke a woman’s tooth during a physical altercation.
Reports said that the altercation occurred at a home on Wilma Drive back on June 2nd.
Authorities went on to say that the acts were committed in front of three young children.
East is charged with aggravated battery and three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
