Miles Kendrick Langley, 43 of Kingston, was arrested after breaking two cell phones and a headphone of a woman at a home on Wayside Road back on June 3rd.
Reports added that Langley was sent to a medical facility and as a result had to be medically cleared before his arrest.
Langley is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and possession of marijuana.
