Jasmine Miranda Hamilton, 28 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after reports said she was found with a glass pipe that contained suspected meth residue.
Reports said that when confronted by police Hamilton attempted to destroy the pipe.
Hamilton is charged with tampering with evidence, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
