Bucky James Smith, 34 of Rome, was arrested on Monday for burglarizing a barn on Morris Road in Aragon.
Reports said that Smith stole a garden tiller and battery charger from a barn that was behind the victim’s home back on March 30th.
Reports went on to say that Smith then proceeded to pawn the items in Cedartown.
Smith is charged with second degree burglary.
