Joshua Chad Cochran, 41 of Rome, was arrested on Friday after he allegedly made contact with a 37 year-old woman that had a protective order against him.
Reports said that the TPO was placed against Cochran last November.
The incident that led to his arrest occurred at the victim’s home on Mayor Road Friday just before 7 pm.
Cochran is charged with aggravated stalking.
