Shane Donavan Green, 31 of Rome, was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly physically hurt his 41 year-old girlfriend.
Reports added that Green also damaged the woman’s property during the altercation.
Authorities went on to say that the victim’s child was present during the attack.
The incident occurred at the couple’s Harper Avenue home.
Green is charged with simple battery, criminal trespass and cruelty to children
