Brandon Hunter Chapman, 31 of Rome, was arrested on Friday after he allegedly injured a woman’s collarbone during an altercation.
Reports said that the couple got into an argument over car keys when Chapman scratched her, leaving visible red marks.
Reports added that the incident occurred at 2500 Shorter Avenue on April 4 of this year.
Chapman is charged with simple battery.
