Jocilyn Shaneatra Watkins, 29 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after she allegedly attacked a man with her car keys.
Reports stated that Watkins caused scratches to the victim’s face and arm.
Reports went on to state that Watkins told an arresting officer that she would like to see him out of his uniform and that he would be afraid.
Watkins is charged with battery and terroristic threats and acts.
