Atrikat Singh, 24 of Rome, was taken into custody at the Law Enforcement Center on Wednesday after he was accused of selling synthetic marijuana on four different occasions.

Reports said that Singh sold the drug to a cooperating witness at the Calhoun Quick Stop on Calhoun Avenue last August 18 and 25th and September 7 and 14th.

He is also accused of giving a fake name and date of birth to a Georgia Department of Revenue agent last November 8th.

Reports added that Immigrations and Customs Enforcement have placed a hold on Singh.

Singh is charged with four counts possession of synthetic marijuana, four counts of possession fwith intent to distribute  and giving false information to law enforcement.
