Malkit Singh, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week on over two dozen drug charges after he allegedly sold synthetic marijuana to a cooperating informant over several months.
Reports said that Singh sold the drugs at a gas station located at 1714 Turner McCall Blvd between August and October 2016.
The arrest makes the second for a gas station worker to sell synthetic marijuana over the past week in Floyd County .
Atrikat Singh, 24, was arrested on April 5th for selling the drug four different times last year. Reports said that he sold the drug to a cooperating witness at the Calhoun Quick Stop on Calhoun Avenue between August 18th and September 14, 2016.
Malkit Singh is charged with eleven counts of distribution of synthetic marijuana and five counts of possession of synthetic marijuana.
