Anthony Chris Dupree, 20 of Rome, was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly walked into the One Stop Shop on Maple Avenue and pulled a .22 caliber handgun on someone and proceeded to threaten to shoot them.
Reports said that the assault occurred just after 3:30 am Saturday.
Dupree is charged with felony pointing a pistol at another, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a crime and criminal trespass.
