David Ray Hudgens, 43 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly entered a home on Billy Pyle Road though a window and stole a two person tent and a bag of camping supplies.
Reports added that the theft occurred on April 4.
Hudgens is charged with burglary and theft by taking.
