Michael Todd Knight Jr, of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome Thursday after he allegedly came in possession of stolen DVD’s.
Reports stated that Knight knew, or should have known, that the DVD collection was stolen from a home in Silver Creek.
Reports added that the theft occurred last October.
Knight is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
