Victor Hugo Alonso, 25 of Rome. was arrested Friday after he was accused of pointing a Red Ryder BB gun at another man and then shooting it at him.
Reports said that the victim was a 49 year-old man.
Alonso is charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
