Chancy Waddell Ashley, 38 of Cedartown, was transported to the Floyd County Jail Sunday to face a theft charge.
Reports stated that Ashley stole a 1996 Citation camper from a Rockmart Road location back on May 1, 2016. Reports added that authorities later discovered the camper at Ashley’s Polk County home.
Ashley is charged with theft by taking and failure to appear.
