After decades of dreaming, years of planning, and months of hard work, we are pleased to announce our rebranding from Rhino Ribs Co. Foodtruck & Catering to Rhino Smokehouse and our expansion from our food truck to a 5,000 sq ft brick and mortar restaurant located in the Armuchee community.
As part of our expansion, we would like to welcome some new faces to our team:

Earnest Simpson of Rome, Executive Chef
We will also be hiring 20 more positions for front and back of house.
With our continued growth and demand for our catering and vending services, we have leased a space in the Food Lion shopping center, located at 3349 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165. With this new space, we can keep up with the demand for our services and also offer a wider variety of menu options in an upscale, yet casual atmosphere. We will offer a new and expanded menu, including our gourmet Barbecue, an assortment of steaks and other quality meats, as well as, seafood, all with an upscale Smokehouse theme. We will offer lunch and dinner service Wednesday through Friday, Saturday Brunch and dinner, and a Family style lunch on Sundays.
Our new space has a large front porch that will be configured as a lounge with a small stage for live entertainment and comfortable seating to enjoy the company of friends or family while enjoying cold libations. Our new bar will feature cold domestic and craft beer on tap, as well as a selection of wines paired with items on our menu.
Rhino Smokehouse will celebrate our grand opening this spring, preceded by a soft opening period that will be by reservation only, to conclude the training of our staff and test some new items prior finalizing our menu.
With over 15 years of developing our recipe and over 30 awards for our food, we are excited to start this new chapter in our young company. We look forward to serving Rome and Northwest Georgia some of the finest cuisine in the area. We hope to make Rhino Smokehouse a destination dining experience enjoyed by locals and travelers alike.
