Jeffary Lee Akins, 24 of Lindale, was arrested at Applebees in Rome on Thursday after he allegedly withheld information from law enforcement officers that was pertaining to a suspect in an entering auto case.
Reports stated that Atkins refused to give police the suspect’s information.
Akins is charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement.
