Ernesto Reynaldo Rodriguez age 64 of Collinsville has been arrested and charged with Sexual Abuse of a Child under the age of 12 .
Rodriguez was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 3:00pm Monday.
No additional information regarding the circumstances surrounding his arrest has yet been made available.
