Tiaunt Quanearius Orr, 21 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he was accused of giving police a false name and birth date.
Reports also stated that police found a marijuana blunt under the seat where Orr was accused of sitting.
Orr is charged with possession of marijuana, giving a false name to police and probation violation.
