Jeremy Neshaun Walker, 26 of Rome, was arrested on Friday after police said he hit a woman in the face numerous times, causing her to drop her 10 month-old child to the ground.
Reports stated that the female victim suffered major bleeding and swelling to her check and nose.
The victim also that Walker pulled her hair, leaving visible injury.
