Scott Anthony Cox, 34 of Calhoun, was arrested Wednesday at the CVS Pharmacy on Martha Berry Highway after he allegedly pushed a 34 year-old woman during an argument.
Reports stated that the victim, Cox’s ex-girlfriend, hit a wall when she was pushed.
Cox is charged with simple battery.
