Joey Babe Seaborn, 38 of Rome, was arrested after a chase on Tuesday. Reports stated that Seaborn and a juvenile went into an outbuilding of a home on Ruby Street and then proceeded to “cause fear to the resident.”

When police spotted Seaborn he allegedly fled on foot.  Following a chase, officers stated that Seaborn gave them a wrong name. They also stated that he was staggering and smelled of alcohol.

Seaborn is charged two counts of criminal trespass, giving a false name to police, obstruction, public drunk and simple assault.
