Ernest Isaac Smith, 42 of Rome, was arrested at the Dunkin Donuts on Shorter Avenue after reports stated that police found him to be in possession of cocaine.
Reports stated that the cocaine was allegedly found in a glass pipe.
Smith is charged with possession of cocaine.
