Erin Molly Rafferty, of Euharlee, was sentenced to 18 years in prison after her guilty plea of possession and production of child pornography. Rafferty was also given a lifetime of supervised release and be forced to register as a sex offender.
Rafferty and a co-defendant, Christopher Alan Love, was arrested after the GBI received a top that the couple was downloading child porn in 2015.
Reports stated that the couple coerced a minor under the age of 12 to engage in sexual activities and created pictures and videos of the acts.
Reports added that the next day the couple again enticed a minor to engage in sexually activities and photographed it using a cellphone.
The couple was arrested on December 22, 2015.
Love also pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of children. His sentencing has yet to be scheduled.
They also face charged though Bartow County. Those charges include 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, three counts of child molestation, one count of meth possession and one count of reckless conduct.
