Sheryl Lynn Norris, 38, and Joshua Adam McCurry, 37, both of Silver Creek of Silver Creek, was arrested on Thursday after authorities said they took money from elderly people in Rome to make purchases and pay bills without approval.
Norris is charged with felony exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults, elder persons and residents.
