Billy Joe Dooley, 49 of Summerville, was arrested in Floyd County this week for an alleged burglary that occurred on September 3 of this year.
Reports stated that Dooley went into a home on East 3rd Avenue with the intent to commit a violent crime. According to police Dooley told the victim that “the Lord’s wrecker service will be taking him home tonight.” He also told the victim “I’ll kill you” several times.
Dooley is charged with first degree burglary and terroristic threats and acts.
