Samuel Hoyt Pendley, 40 of Lindale, was arrested this week after he violated a protective order.
Reports stated that Pendley was issued a protection order on August 30th of this year. On Sunday, reports stated that Pendley violated the order when he sent text messages, as well as went to the victim’s Pleasant Hope Road home.
Pendley is charged with aggravated stalking.
