A Rome man wanted for felony shoplifting has been arrested. Reports said that Adam Seban Twilley Jr, 24, stole a computer and monitor, valued at $788, from the East Rome Wal-Mart back in January.

He was finally captured near his home on Dodd Blvd Monday night.

He is charged with felony shoplifting, misdemeanor shoplifting and criminal trespass.
