Rome police arrested Douglas Dionne Hooks, 49 of Alpharetta, was arrested this week for allegedly attempting to break into cars at Floyd Medical Center.
Reports said that Hooks tired to open five different vehicles in order to commit a theft.
He was arrested and charged with felony criminal attempt to enter an auto and probation violation.
