Floyd County Sheriff Deputies arrested Actavia Vyea Jackson, 25 of Rome, this week after she allegedly struck another person with a vehicle. Reports said that the victim was deliberately hit in the leg, which resulted in an injury.
She is charged with felony aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
