Floyd County Police arrested Dustin Earl Cotton, 25 of Silver Creek, at his Pleasant Valley Road home Wednesday and charged him with first degree burglary. Reports said that Cotton allegedly tossed a cinder block into the window of a home on Pleasant Valley Road on Sunday.
Reports went on to say that he decided not to go in because the homeowner was there. Instead, reports said he simply stole a vehicle parked in the front yard.
He is charged first degree burglary and parole violation.
