Robert Sibley Ogletree, 37 of Rome, was arrested at the Floyd County Jail Tuesday after authorities said he placed the lives of several people in danger. Reports said that Ogletree purposely disconnected an exhaust pipe from a furnace under a home, which resulted in exhaust build up in the basement and living areas.

Authorities added that the resident and a guest got headaches and ‘a condition’ that threatened their lives.

Ogletree Jr, is charged with felony first-degree criminal damage to property and terroristic threats and acts.
