Luke Swann, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly failed to return to custody at the work release center back on October 15th. Reports said that Swann was scheduled to have been released after he returned to the center.
Swann is charged with felony escape and probation violation
He was arrested at a home on McHenry Drive.
